Terms of Service & Usage

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your rights and obligations when discovering, purchasing tickets for, hosting, and scanning live events on the ViloEvent platform.

SECTION 01//

Agreement & Platform Scope

By accessing or purchasing tickets on ViloEvent, or by registering as an event host on the ViloEvent Organizer App, you enter into a legally binding agreement under these terms.

ViloEvent provides the ticketing marketplace, pass generation, and gate scanning infrastructure.

Event organizers are independent producers solely responsible for live venue operations, safety, and performer scheduling.

Users must be at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian authorization to purchase admission passes.

SECTION 02//

Ticket Purchases & Digital Passes

All ticket purchases result in the issuance of a verified dynamic QR pass unique to the purchaser.

Each ticket pass grants admission for one attendee (unless explicitly sold as a group/table package).

Reselling tickets at inflated scalper rates or attempting to duplicate QR passes is strictly prohibited and results in immediate pass voidance without refund.

Pass holders must present valid government photo identification matching the pass name upon request by venue security.

SECTION 03//

Host Responsibilities & Direct Payouts

Organizers utilizing the ViloEvent App agree to uphold strict standards of event delivery and attendee safety.

Organizers must possess all mandatory municipal venue permits, noise clearances, and safety protocols.

Revenues from ticket sales are disbursed directly according to chosen payout schedules, less standard processing fees.

If an event is cancelled or significantly altered, organizers agree to process full buyer refunds in accordance with our Ticketing Refund Policy.

SECTION 04//

Limitation of Liability & Disputes

ViloEvent facilitates the transaction and gate entry technology but is not liable for third-party live venue incidents.

ViloEvent is not liable for venue property damage, artist no-shows, or weather-induced postponements.

Any formal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable local laws.
